Who We Are
Austin Sales Associates is an independent manufacturers’ representative agency, based in Oklahoma City, OK. We represent manufacturers in the plumbing and hardware industry.

Austin Sales Associates is a continuation of Jim Austin Sales, which was started in 1962. Over the years, the company name and personnel have changed, but it has remained a family business that is now in it’s third generation.

Austin Sales Associates is owned by Jeff Austin. Austin Sales Associates employees are Jeri Austin and Mary Austin.

What We Do
Austin Sales Associates strives to provide total and effective coverage for our represented manufacturers. We facilitate the generation of business by planned sales calls on designers, architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and distributors.

Our role as manufacturers’ representatives is to act as a liaison between the manufacturer and their direct distributors, secondary dealers, and the end consumers. As a rep, we will promote and create awareness of products with distributors and specifiers; to train distributors and specifiers about the features, functions and benefits of each manufacturer’s products; and to provide customer service and support before, during, and after a sale.
